I thought that myself when I passed last week.
However I don't think it will be happening as the BVWS were trying to get involved and make things too complicated for for my liking.
I may just declare an open house one day in early February as they can't dictate what I do on my own property. Anybody could drop in during the late morning and swap things, or leave them for onward transit, and after a few hours we can adjourn to a local hostelry. If nobody turns up there's nothing lost.
