Wooden Capacitors.

'Ode 'ard there, I could turn them in all sorts of materials, including wood. The big snag with wood is that the swarf tends to clog up the suds pump. Also, I might struggle a bit with Titanium and the more exotic grades of SS.
The price would vary with the material, size required, timescale and the volume.
