Thanks for the replies Everyone, yes rob, you are correct, C64 0.001uf is still there, I will have to order some more caps yet, the smallest i have in stock at the moment is 0.0047uf, could I replace it with one of them? and yes, this set is absolutely riddled with the small hunts caps, it has a load of 0.04 small green hunts as decouplers. I have just done the bare minimum at the moment to see if I can get anything out of it.
