Thanks, David. I was thinking along the lines of late January/early February so I'll make enquiries about venue availability and costs.
My aim is for it to be revenue-neutral but as I'm prepared to take a loss I have no qualms about keeping a profit, though if it went well this could be used to finance a subsequent larger event. I just thought I'd get that out in the open at the outset.
I'm quite aware that I can't do it on my own so will need some volunteers to help on the day.
