There are various time signals on SW - I'll dig out some frequencies if I can.
Generally just a beep every second, with a longer beep and a burst of data every minute.
My cheapish Casio watch synchronises itself to the MSF signal (now broadcast from Anthorn in Cumbria rather than Rugby) every night.
