I just received another call from 'Microsoft'
The conversation went like this -
"Hello (this time in an Indian-sounding voice), this is John from Microsoft Customer Support"
"b*******"
"Errr.........sorry, could you repeat that"
"You heard me correctly the first time - b*******"
Click. I didn't even have time to say goodbye, very poor.
I'm thinking if I get another call it would be interesting to see how long I can string the caller along, rather than this rather short conversation.
