Computer Scam

The scam is to get you to install a remote access software, giving the scammer control, cant remember the software name but it is freeware. The say they can remove virus and malware for a fixed amount. once in they ask you to click on a button which gives virus and malware, they then ask for more money to remove it.
You can remove it, but it is a lengthy process, and until done under no circumstance reconnect to tinterweb.
