An interesting link.
All the valves in my set are side contact, the valve to the far left,(red metalised) in mine a DK1 is gold metalised.
Is it possible the one in the link has been modified?
Another interesting thing........all the valves in the set I have are marked Ever Ready, when I expected the Mullard Mark. Did Ever Ready ever make Valves?
From what I have read in Radio Radio and the Setmakers (if you don't have a copy of either get one)! Ever Ready never produced valves. Or did I miss something?
