Probably that Edge remembers zoom settings for each site.
Press CTRL+'0' when looking at iPlayer.
That should reset your zoom settings for that site.
For completeness, CTRL+'+' zooms in and CTRL+'-' zooms out; CTRL+'0' resets zoom to 100%
Also, Chrome and Firefox uses the same zoom controls... If you're on a Mac, use CMD instead of CTRL.
