We have more than one at the Broadcast Engineering MuseumThis device is an interesting marriage of multiple standards, including 405 and 819. The latter combination is unique. I found information that these receivers operated in northern France (Le Havre) and that approximately 2,000 were produced. I haven't found information on the manufacturer, but I suspect it was French. Grammont produced multi-standard systems.
Since there were 2" quadruplex VTRs capable of all four standards (the 529 mod188D was used in these) I'm guessing there were also four standard picture monitors but I can't definitely say.
