The chassis originally had the mains transformer, 5 riveted in octal sockets and the 2 IF cans. Everything else is either fitted after the original build of a radio or have been moved and fitted in fresh locations.
I cannot explain the coil and wave change switch assembly, it looks to be a factory made assembly but either not in this chassis or not in its original position. It is fitted with an odd mix of nuts and bolts.
The holes for the volume and tone/on/off pots have been moved.
The tuning capacitor looks to be have fitted in a fresh location, if was on this chassis at all.
