"The Scaling, without touching the msg font size, allows for bigger easier to read text in the compose and received windows. For me thats 150% I could do with it on here "
In almost all Windows and Linux programs (I don't know about Mac) you can enlarge and reduce using CTRL+ and CTRL-. CTRL 0 (numeral zero) resets to 100% magnification. If your mouse has a scroll wheel then CTRL scroll will magnify or reduce. I'm using Firefox to view the forum and both these methods certainly work. I've tried in Thunderbird and it works there too. There may also be overall OS magnification settings but I've never had any need to explore them. Yet
I've not had a need to explore a unified mailbox in Thunderbird. I have two mailboxes there which I can see separately. I'm pretty sure that if I reply to a message in a mailbox then it knows to use the correct "from" address. I also have an alternative "from" address set up for my role as treasurer of the Broadcast Engineering Conservation Group. Messages addressed to me there appear in my main inbox and use the correct "from" when replying.
