Don't start me on Virgin woes. We had a landline with them, and after the 18 month low cost tariff ended, they ratcheted the price close to £30 a month. I talked to their stupid bot until I got through to a real person. 40 minutes later, I was told they no longer only did a landline, but I could have it bundled with all sorts of stuff I don't need.

So I signed up for VOIP with my excellent ISP, and that costs £6 + VAT a month.

And Virgin will never darken my door again. They even dragged their feet on porting my phone number across. What a shower.
