My voip calls to 101 always cut off 6m 36s to 6m 37s

Thanks Jeffrey, I have set that up now.

Its still annoying my voip that is paid for as an additional part of my deal doesn't work as it should and they are not interested.
Lincolnshire police tell me that they are not aware of any other callers with this problem.
Whenever phoning 101 I am always asked for police force name or nearby town.
