Make sure it's set to 220-240V?
Probably better than any "music centre" easily bought new today.
Some of those connections look strange; are those 3 pin speaker sockets? I do have a 230V Rotel with USA power sockets (with direct to local mains on them).
RM has K version, though what may be speaker connections look different? No schematic, but I can't imagine you needing one for this.
K might be UK
E might be mainland Europe.
EDIT: I see the RM K version lacks the red dots on rear. Buttons?
