Who was the naughty boy who shone it at somebody working at the North Hyde substation, causing him to drop something large and metallic on to the busbars 
Looking at the drone footage it looks like a circuit breaker or reactor went up in smoke, rather than a transformer. Still plenty of boiling oil.
