HP optical became Agilent Technologies, but may have been further spun off, because the web site seems to be test gear only. Going to the semiconductor main page on a 2002 data sheet gives The page may be temporarily unavailable or may no longer exist.
[Edit: rechecked specs]
Agilent's semiconductor business was sold off to venture capitalists as Avago in about 2005. Avago took over Broadcom, but kept the Broadcom name. The optocouplers may have been part of the business that became Lumileds, Agilents stake of which was sold to Philips also in 2005. Can't honestly remember where the optocoupler business went, but it might just be worth looking at Broadcom. They seem to have been pretty ruthless in pruning their product portfolio though.
