I do have some that might be fast enough, but most of my stock would be about x10 or even x100 too slow.
HP optical became Agilent Technologies, but may have been further spun off, because the web site seems to be test gear only. Going to the semiconductor main page on a 2002 data sheet gives The page may be temporarily unavailable or may no longer exist.
