No! 45K would not be possible with plain copper wire.  It gives a figure of 7K5 in my first article and this is what it gives in the EMI data for the "119  Playing Desk".  7K5 is pretty tough to wind I expect but this is over 2 coils (PU + humbucker).  The PU alone measures about 4K2.
