A traditional SA sweeps very slowly if the bandwidth is narrow. If it's using FFT (I'm guessing SDRs do that) then it can be much faster.
I have a HP4195A VNA, a massive and very capable beast up to 500MHz that cost me a huge amount of money when I bought it c1990. I've occasionally done audio sweeps with it (it goes down to near DC) and that's horribly slow.
