A Raspberry Pi, a custom panel to GPIO pins and png images?
Also not everything is on Github.
Likely some vintage site has good png files, maybe even extracted from a Phillips.
My favourite. Though not electronic.
This is 20 years old. I suspect test card from PAL output on PC Graphics card.
