Just to be clear, I had ordered these adaptors coincidentally for my linux workstation and laptop for two unrelated particular tasks and happened to have recently got a RPi4b just because it was in local CEX and looking lonely, but as the adaptors work on the Pi I thought it might be of interest here. When I first got an Android tablet I didn't imagine they'd eventually get "better" for some things than a laptop, but my current TCL Nxtpaper11 tablet runs DVB-T usb stick in HD better than my 2016 laptop and has a better screen. It's actually viable to capture video to the added micro SD card from NTSC, PAL, HDMI up to 4K at HD resolution, in better quality than my dedicated video editing card in the 1990s on a PC with Adobe Premiere. I have Kino on Linux for video editing and Audacity for audio. The 4 ch and 6 ch standalone Zoom audio recorders also work as audio capture on Linux and Android.
I can't imagine editing video and audio on a tablet when I have the Linux box with 4K screen, but apparently people do.
