First device connected is /dev/video0 so if you swap devices, they are both /dev/video0


I think the Analogue capture is of more use for analogue VHS etc. For a DVD/BD player, cable, sat or DTT an HDMI connection might be better value and simpler. Maybe not much difference down sampled to 405!
