The HT smoothing capacitors will need replacing. Smoothers apart, the only component replaced is the coupling capacitor between the TDD4 audio amplifier and the PENA4 output valve.
Even the HT rectifier looks to be the original Philips 1821.

Hi David nice that your Philips V5A is working ok .Are you going to stuff the original smoothing cans with modern components ? will feature my power supply when I get back from holiday. With the smoothing capacitors you have kindly recreated as my original cans were lost over 50 years ago with the horrible repair carried out. Is the coupling capacitor C23 on the trader sheet the one that has been replaced is the one TDD4 and the PENA4 on your set . The Mazda UU5 rectifier valve in my power supply as you say Can't be in a Philips radio and will be replaced with Phillips 1821when testing of the power supply is complete kind regards Bob
