I would attach picture of another one but don't know how to attach pictures to a posting here. The disk was damaged when a head crashed down on it and was re-purposed to make an 'award' to be presented to the winner of the best engineers Christmas tape, I'm sure you can imagine the type of thing these tapes contained!

I don't know where the disk ended up after all these years, I do know a colleague of mine made a 3/4 size photographic replica of it but I don't know where that ended up either.
