When I was an apprentice I soon found out that those who got their hands dirty,
(toolmakers etc) started work at 7.30am. Those who didn't get their hands dirty,
(designers in drawing offices etc ) started work at 8.3o am and were among attractive young girls !
So the incentives were to be among the girls :-)
