My wife did it when we were driving to Andorra about 30 years ago. It was terrifying to see a car coming towards us with lights flashing. She cool, as you like, pulled over to the other side. Had there been a bend I wouldnt be writing this now most likely.
The hand held just 5 years later shows how quick the advances were then. I still have my Casio FX-702P from the early 80's which still works just fine.
