I've gathered up all the parts required to build a Bush DAC90. The plan is to construct the alleged version which employed B8A valves instead of the older 0.2amp heater octal types.
For starters a chassis from a scrapped Bush SUG3 will be modified for installation in the DAC90 cabinet. The thee waveband coil pack in the SUG3 was used in my all-dry battery version of the DAC90. The brief for that project was build a four valve battery receiver on a DAC90 chassis. The batteries must be housed in the cabinet. The circuit is of a Philips design to exploit the B8A 1.4volt valves, DK40 and DL41.
First, the SUG3 chassis must have a cut-out area to accommodate the magnet of the loudspeaker.
