Unknown Module

Hi.
I've three of these that must go back at least 15 years ago.
I've no idea where I got them or even their purpose, I have the feeling they could be a DC to DC converter. Anyone any idea?

The L123 is a very old linear voltage regulator so I doubt it's that.

Found it.
It's one of these. A supply for a fluorescent display.
