I have a Cofton BM5100B bread maker which I bought from Aldi several years ago. It gave very good service making about two loaves per week for around four years. About a year ago it would sometimes randomly stop during the cycle. I was generally able to save the loaf by finishing the cycle on manual. I stopped using it when it became more regular, went back to making bread by hand and kept my eye open, on ebay for the same model machine as I had tweaked my recipes for this particular machine. A few months ago I found a new one out of box and bought it. I have now decided to use it but unfortunately, I have misplaced the instruction book. Being without the book I am unable to start using the machine; I will soon remember my tweaks once I see the starting point recipes.
I have searched the web for a copy, the only references which I can find are on two download sites which require card details so I am not going there. I am also unable to cross referece it to another differently badged machine, though it maybe the same as theCusibox 19, about which there is even less info. It is unusual, for a budget machine, in having 19 programmes including complete manual control. Is anyone able to help with a copy of the instructions or to point me in the correct direction to find one or the best place to post a request?
Thanks,
Rod
