Hi.
I'm sure this has come up as a topic before, and I did the search thing but didn't find anything.
I'm doing some experiments using TV/Radio miniature commodity valves, they are mostly used "pulls", and have mostly lost their markings.
I'm quite good at identification regards the internal structure, for example I can tell the difference between a PCC88, and an 89, but, is there an easy way to work out if the example has an E, P, or U, heater. U isn't too difficult, But if the valve is something like say, an *CC85 then it's not so obvious.
