I did find that I was suffering from the fumes and remembered that I had picked up an old custom made stand from work. This had a metal tube fitted so works well as a solder stand. Add one old computer fan on suck and a white LED (which does help a little); An old wall wart and solution implemented. The only thing that might help a bit more would be the drive from a MIG welder for the solder
