Computer battery changing

Thanks for all the replies and advice! I'll have to psych myself up to do the battery change, the computer is behaving itself and the clock was right this morning, but I know I can't avoid it, it's a bit like going to the dentist!

It rather depends on what you go to the dentist for Andy - a check up or the 'full monty'!

I'd rather change my motherboard battery than to spend 7 hours in the dentist's chair over two days as I did last Sept, having 18 teeth out and eight titanium pegs drilled into my jaws.

David, I confess I was only thinking of a check up.
I had a couple of crowns done whilst I was working in Germany which involved titanium pegs, but certainly nothing on the grand scale of your job!
