Hi Adam,
This is part of a long term project to bring back 405-line television to the London area on Band l, fully legal and licensed.
We built our own transmitter and aerials and radiated the signal from a house with a large garden near London. The picture is somewhat deceptive - the house is further away than the mast (which carries the vision aerial).
