Hi Gents, if you visit the Tennants Auctioneers (Leyburn) website you will see their catalogue for the sale on Wed 15 May.
Most lots are pictured, but all are well described
This comprises over 60 lots, the collection of a local man who was both a school tech and a service engineer. Most of these sets will have been repaired many years ago so should only need a gentle awakening.
They have been grouped into lots so there is a selection for everybody at a variety of prices.
There are several lots of transistor sets for those wanting to start out as well as test equipment, output and other valves, service data and about 30 magic eyes of various types.
It is well worth a day out (but it will be on line as well). The cafe is good and you are in great countryside.
Proceeds going to his widow who is a lovely lady.
