I'm attempting to study the circuit of a aircraft instrument from the '80s or '90s and it has some small signal diodes like which I'v not seen before
The devices measure just over 1/2 volt forward drop and has coloured bands mauve (brown or orange) green mauve, i.e. 7157 or 7357.
My guess would be a 1n7157 but I cant see anything to match that. Does anybody have any suggestions please.
It looks as if it is doing general purpose diode duty so no great problem if nothing turns up.
I was very surprised to see an old Plessy integrated circuit type SL201B, these are just a couple of transistors and some resistors in a TO5 can. The circuit has some JFETS and ordinary NPN transistors too - quite a mixture.
