Hello

[thomass]

Hello All,

Just thought I would say hi,   signed up following Sundays southern meetup.

I'm mainly interested in vintage test equipment, mostly solid state stuff but I do have a nice Telequipment S32A valve scope.

Hi Thomas - welcome to the group - enjoyed the meet-up on Sunday and glad you got your nixie counter fixed...

[thomass]

Thanks,  yeah I enjoyed meeting a nice bunch of people.  It can be a bit temperamental sometimes,  re-seating the pcbs usually fixes the problems.

Welcome from me, too! Unfortunately I wasn't able to go to the Southern Meet last weekend, but hopefully we'll meet again soon.

I have a small amount of vintage test gear, and have to admit that I'm quite fascinated by nixie tube devices. I also have a nixie tube frequency counter, two Advance Instruments nixie tube multimeters and two nixie tube clocks, one of which is a vintage from the early 1970s, the other I built from a kit 10 years ago using NOS nixies - it's been running perfectly ever since.

Nice collection of Nixie stuff you've got there, my Nixie frequency counter is a Racal 836.
