The DDS board plus LCD will probably draw around 100mA, maybe 110 - the MN1604 (Duracell ProCell PP3) datasheet at http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1679456.pdf gives a life of about 7 hours for this discharge current....
But actually, its worse than that - as you probably need at least 1V across the LDO (assuming the 5V is from an LDO, not a 7805 or similar), you have to look at the 6V & 7V curves, which means that you'd get between 2 and 4 hours out of it.
