Golborne talk 2014

I can confirm that the preparation for a talk in November is well under way. Just a few loose ends to tidy up. This year it will be on the basics of power supplies covering rectification, smoothing, regulated power supplies and thermal aspects. As usual there will be demonstration units and an electronic handout.

I'd also ask if anyone has any ideas for next years talk then let me know so I can start planning.

No need to book just turn up and take a seat.

I'm hoping to make it this time, having missed the Spring one.

You're most welcome Alan. I'm aiming to start the talk at about 11:30 and it should last between 60 to 90 minutes.

I'm also hoping to have a table to sell off some surplus components and other items provided my son doesn't have anything else planned for that day.
