Most commonly available grub screws tend to be steel, with allen key heads, but personally, for radio knobs I prefer brass slotted head ones. I've just ordered these, which I think are quite reasonably priced and thought that this supplier might interest others:

True Alan - I had to trawl through all the brass screw pages till I found the grub screws - a search didn't narrow it down.
