I've just acquired a quantity of chips, many NOS in tubes, which need to be sorted. Among them are various bipolar PROMs. These are small fast PROMs with "one shot" programming that were widely used in the 1970s to the 1990s.
Types include
AM27S181ADC 1Kx8 https://datasheetspdf.com/datasheet/AM27S181.html
TBP24S41N 1Kx4 https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-...24S41.html
and about half a dozen others.
I'm sure these are valuable to those who need them but not many people do need them.
I'd like to use them to raise money for the Vintage Wireless Museum and/or BECG www.becg.org.uk
Any ideas?
