Just been through the capacitors again. The 100pf one measures 106pf.
The 10nF one measures 9.3nF, the additional 200pf one which was connected via the second wafer switch in the 10nF position was actually connected to the R terminal so it was not doing much. I have reconnected it to the capacitor common point. This now brings the 10nF one up to 9.6nF (measured on my DMM).
The 1uF capacitor measures 1.6uf and shows a lot of leakage, over 3mA at 170 volts. (its rated 250v) This one really needs to be re-stuffed, but I am going to leave it as it is as I don't plan to be using this device for anything critical.
