I hope that all those who turn their ink jet printer on with trepidation, and one hand on their wallet
, know about this.
Its in the Program list and can be attached to the Task Bar. It allows a screen shot area to be taken and saved as a jpg. You can then store that, backed up of course. Good for orders, invoices, summons, speeding fines, cheap beer offers, love letters from the Mistress (I wish), grovelling letters from kids wanting money, interesting articles like "How to refill a printer cartridge with Channel No 5 and coloured ink" (Poofta prints) etc. They can then be read, again and again on screen *, no need for a heart thudding moment of turning on the printer. It saves space in the Chipendale filing cabinets as well.
If you are still back in the Sopworth Camel days before W7 there are share ware programs you can get that do the job.
* For those who have ventured into the Brave New World of the Tablet (and even WiFi), the Snips (jpgs) can be transferred to that and read wherever and whenever you have a free and hopefully quite moment.
