I'm surprised at the very low income from telecoms. I don't know what the altitude is but if it's on high ground with a clear take off, I'd have thought that it would rake in considerably more from three telcos than a meagre £17,000 a year. Can't comment on the piffling £4k farming income from 187 acres, (very small acreage in farming terms) but at £21 per acre gross income (not profit!) it hardly seems worth the effort. (Forum member 'Old John' would know the answer to that!)

You could probably get an income from the agricultural land by doing nothing to it and claiming a payment under the subsidy scheme.
