To all those who are able to view BBCiPlayer I would encourage them to view the first rate Stephen Poliakoff BBC2 Drama.
There were several vintage radios (It was set in the "Pre-WW2Period"), in particular an RAP (the model number escapes me) was switched on and shewn as "Working".
The 2hour play was really entertaining and had many recognisable screen stars: even in the last shot one of Muriel Pavlow,several of Vincent Price, and for "Dr Who fans" David Tennant.
Perhaps I shoulds add that I do not represent the BBC or BBCiPlayer!!

As usual the Beeb props department got the historical periods wrong as far as I know the BUSH DAC 10 wasn't produced until 1950 well into the post war period but I guess we can't have everything
