It's what ever the meter reads on a Bird throu-line, it was checked by a kind person with all the gear at 50 watts CW at 2400 MHz. and as DATV is typically from me a QPSK output, I am not sure what you would call it?

I think the calibrated gear was using a Modern'ish HP power peter the type with a thermo-couple/voltage type thing something like the HP/Aligent e44X series.

RadCom dropped through my letterbox today and made some interesting reading, especially as some practical examples were shown for 40 and 80m. A reasonable 40m antenna is possible here though proximity to my neighbours at one end, plus feedlines might be an issue. I’ve traditionally used open wire feeder from a home made Z-match to the design in the Radio Communication Handbook of the 1970s. I’m not interested in running full legal and though QRP provides a challenge I’d like to have the ability to put more than a handful of watts up the spout.
