Last night Ruth and I went to a screening of "Passport to Pimlico" at the lovely Cinema Museum near Kennington. The BVWS held a couple of events there so it may be familiar.

I think it was about 20 minutes in that a TV was visible for a few seconds. I think it was a Bush TV1 but not 100% certain. The film was made in 1949 but set in 1947/8 so just about authentic.
There were also lots of radios being bought and sold in "Burgundy".
One of the truly great Ealing Comedies. Don't think I'd seen it since my teens.
