Another set from a crate of abandoned shop repairs I have.
This little transistor portable came up with a clean of the wave change switch but perhaps needs the decoupling capacitor changing as it is still a little bit whistley on tuning. It even has a carry case that is in good condition.
The capacitor in question looks like it has been hot. This would be unusual for a battery set but excess battery consumption may have retired it.
Just a cosmetic clean up and it will be done.
