Those control knob escutcheons look interesting, never seen them before, do they look like they have been done professionally as in a proper official modification.
Looks pretty much together apart from the valves, the valves should be no problem to obtain. The CR150/3 manual is freely available.

Mike, to give an idea check the minimum and maximum frequency coverage in Mhz, check what the maximum pass band switch position is in Khz,
Check if there is an Xtal control facility on the first osc, this may help to narrow down which variant it is.

[EDIT: looking at your pictures there doesn't appear to be an antenna trimmer fitted as a front panel user control, there doesn't appear to be a topside sub chassis for a 1st mixer xtal control, on that basis it would appear to be CR150 or CR150/2 the CR150 tunes up to 60 Mhz, the CR150/2 tunes up to 22 Mhz]

Most of the Marconi style control knobs can usually be found on Ebay, any without pointers more so, any with pointers normally less so, the hardest original one to find would probably be the outer tuning knob which fits on the outer of the concentric tuning shafts. Knobs from the R1155 might fit some positions as I think they are the same style, the round ones that is, some of those have pointers with an end that has a semi circular profile, you might be able to re profile them with a file.

It's still for sale but I've decided against it mainly because of the size and the need for an external PSU. I've got an Eddystone 640 and a Sony ICF which will suffice. The only foreseeable addition would be an original Goebel's Snautze. I'm still looking for valves for my Philips but with the asking prices these days.....................
