Maxon 4m smx 4050nh

Just a quick question on Maxon 16ch 4m/70mhz rf power adjustment.
Just want to adjust the rf out and tickle up the receive.
Any pointers please, plenty of test gear here.

Seems a little noisey on receive/sig gen and would like to tune up more on the 70mhz band.
